Lowongan Kerja PT Monster Entertainment Indonesia – Moonton Indonesia dengan nama perusahaan “PT. Monster Entertainment Indonesia ”merupakan anak perusahaan Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd, sebuah perusahaan pengembang game yang terkenal dengan permainannya – Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang adalah sebuah game MOBA 5V5 yang dirancang untuk 2 tim lawan untuk menghancurkan markas musuh sekaligus mempertahankan markasnya. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang sudah menaklukkan pasar Asia Tenggara untuk MOBA 5V5 MLBB merupakan satu-satunya game e-sport di Piala Presiden Indonesia 2019 yang juga ikut serta dalam game e-sport di SEA Games 2019 di Filipina. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) adalah liga MOBA seluler terbesar dan paling banyak ditonton di Asia Tenggara dan baru-baru ini mengumumkan perkenalan liga esports model franchise pertama di Tenggara di Indonesia. Dengan lebih dari 700 jam siaran langsung konten dibuat yang mengumpulkan lebih dari 2,5 juta jam tontonan, MPL Indonesia siap mengambil langkah selanjutnya untuk menentukan apa itu esports profesional di Indonesia

Saat ini PT Monster Entertainment Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Mei 2022 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Posisi :

1. Senior Marketing Manager

Requirements :

Minimum experience 3 years of Above The Line – Bellow The Line – Through The Line marketing activities, creating marketing strategies, developing marketing campaigns, budget management
Graduate with Bachelor Degree
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse of clientele
A high level of maturity, tact, and diplomacy
Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple functions simultaneously and communicate clearly and professionally
Passionate in game industry and game product
Thrive in constant change and comfortable in a start-up environment
Excellent communication in English, both verbally and in writing
Excellent communication in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing will be advantage
Mobile Legends player got a point plus
Position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

2. Esports Sales Sponsorships Manager

Requirements :

Strong existing direct client base, can on board them to MPL league directly
Strong ability to develop new client leads
University degree
Min. 3 – 4 years work experience in the sales department of a media company
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia – including both speaking and writing
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Project management and time management ability
Critical thinking, attention to detail, solution based attitude
High self-motivation and target oriented
Commercial and marketing campaign awareness
Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Strong interest in the esports industry, especially Mobile Legends

3. Public Relations Manager

Requirements :

Proven experience as a public relations manager or similar role
Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels, able to build strong relationships with key gaming personnel and media
Solid knowledgeable of social media channels and MLBB community channels (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
Able to execute within a short timeframe, partnered with the ability to think out of the box
BS/BA in Public Relations, or a similar field
Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia or Malay
The ability to speak and write in Chinese – Mandarin is an added advantage
3 years’ experience and above of similar role

4. UGC Executive (User Generated Content)

Requirements :

Mobile Legends player with the knowledge of the game.
Have a strong sense of responsibility. Have the strong ability to work in team.
Have a strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fast response, fun, creative, polite, and well-spoken person.
Have a good eye for designs and artworks (such as: comics, memes, fan arts, videos etc.)
Be sensitive to current player preferences and popular topics, and can cleverly plan UGC contents by combining them with the game activities
Know well about social media platforms and fan art creation platform

5. Business Development Manager

Requirements :

Minimum experience 5 years of Above The Line – Bellow The Line – Through The Line BD partnerships activities, creating BD partnerships strategies, and budget management
Graduate with Bachelor Degree
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse of clientele
A high level of maturity, tact, and diplomacy
Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills
