Lowongan Kerja PT Mitsubishi Motor Krama Yudha Indonesia – PT Mitsubishi Motor Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI) adalah perusahaan patungan dari Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC), Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) dan Mitra Lokal PT. Krama Yudha (KY) yang baru saja resmi didirikan pada Desember 2014 (MMMI) dan mengubah nama perusahaan menjadi MMKI pada April 2015. MMKI sedang membangun pabrik perakitan kendaraan baru di Kawasan Industri GIIC yang terletak 37 km sebelah timur Jakarta

Saat ini PT Mitsubishi Motor Krama Yudha Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Mei 2022 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Posisi :

1. Research Data Marketing (Staff)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research activity related with market conditions, customers, products, etc.
  • Propose or create research ideas to answer business issues.
  • Analyze and compile a report on research conducted to provide solution, recommendation, or action plan.
  • Present and communicate research results to related parties.
  • Project and vendor management.

Qualifications:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age:26-30
  • Last Education:Strata 1
  • Major:Psikologi, Statistik, Economics, Teknik Industri
  • Experience:At Least 2 Years
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Have good knowledge and experience of automotive research will be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in quantitative research.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (pivot, etc) or dashboard software, such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Strong analytical thinking skill, numeracy skill, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel frequently for a business trip.

2. Accessories Product Planning (Staff)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing accessories product plan of all vehicles and monitoring the life cycle and market competitiveness.
  • Analyzing and evaluating accessory products to ensure quality standards and customer needs are met.
  • Conducting market analysis to study market conditions, product competitiveness, and development ideas.
  • Identifying, developing, and communicating product specifications to suppliers.
  • Conducting supplier pitching process and monitoring supplier’s performance.
  • Maintaining material input and registration for accessories in SAP.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with both external and internal related parties.

Qualifications:

  • Male/ Female

  • Last Education:Strata 1
  • Major:Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri
  • Experience:Fresh Graduate
  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • General knowledge about automotive and car’s specification
  • Up-to-date with the latest automotive industry policy, regulations, and trends
  • Familiar in using 3D drawing software (such as CATIA, Pro Engineer, AutoCAD) will be beneficial
  • Familiar in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint)
  • Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and hold a driving license (SIM A)

3. Tax (Staff)

Responsibilities:

  • Performing tax calculation, payment, and reporting accurately.
  • Preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting.
  • Preparing data for Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Provide data for audit purpose (tax audit, financial audit, internal audit).
  • Calculating and preparing data for corporate income tax return process.
  • Conduct monthly tax reconciliation and equalization for VAT & WHT article 21, 23, 25, 26, and 4(2).
  • Reviewing new tax regulation.
  • Creating and proposing improvement ideas based on audit findings or new tax regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age:25-29
  • Last Education:Strata 1
  • Major:Fiscal Administration , TAX, Accounting, Economics, Manajemen
  • Experience:At Least 2 Years
  • General knowledge about tax regulation and its implementation.
  • Proven experience in the tax audit process will be beneficial.
  • Having the certification of Brevet A & B.
  • Familiar with e-SPT system.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Good analytical thinking skill.
  • Strong numeracy skill and attention to detail.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).

4. Financial Planning & Analysis (Staff)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility Providing analysis of financial performance.
  • Conducting analysis to provide insight that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Generating analysis reports and providing improvement ideas.
  • Coordinating with all Departments to prepare a corporate budget planning and providing summary analysis aligned with a corporate plan.
  • Creating and maintaining SAP master data Requirements.

  • Big data analysis

5. PC Product Planning (Staff)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product specification update, including competitor’s product.
  • Conduct research and study related to new product planning and its market.
  • Generate proposal & report for product development.
  • Generate proposal & report related to the market condition.
  • Collect market information for new products and competitors’ activity.
  • Coordinate with related parties (both internal and external parties).
  • Conduct customer visits.

6. Credit Control

Responsibilities:

  • Controlling and monitoring dealers’ payments.
  • Controlling dealers’ credit ceiling and collateral.
  • Creating reports based on dealers’ financial statement analysis.
  • Monitoring dealers’ outstanding AR and AP.
  • Processing acceleration term of payments from dealers and payback interest to dealers.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with both external and internal related parties.
