Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Conduct routine inspection to Sortation Centre (SOC) and Hubs of Shopee Xpress to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation
- Inspect the operating compliance in Sortation Centres and Hubs (based on the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification
- Assess the Sortation Centre and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist
- Summarise and report key findings from the inspection on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost
Persyaratan:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance and / or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) compliance
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fields will be an advantage
- Familiar with logistic Key Performance Indicator (KPI), metric, system, and flow
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Highly flexible, collaborative, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and easy to adapt to the new environment
- Willing to do work mobile to visit Sortation Centres (SOC) or Hubs to conduct an audit (shift working hours)
- This position is only applicable for six months of contract-based employment
- Willing to be placed in Medan
