General Responsibilities:
Maintain harmonious industrial relations between Management and workers
Understand how to deal with industrial relations problems
Can manage team (4 Person)
Can make monthly report with Excel
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Reputable University prefer majoring Law / Psychology / Management HR.
Have strong leadership and management.
Have good problem solving and ready to face conflicts around Industrial Relations.
Have a good Knowledge about Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development, and Recruitment for manage the team
Active on English Conversation.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
