- Sales Marketing Industrial Staff (Lubricants Industry in Cikarang)
Kualifikasi :
One of the largest Japanese chemical company in Cikarang is currently looking for a talented and experienced Sales & Marketing Industrial Staff to become part of their team. In this role you will help the company improving sales, managing customer relationships, expanding the customer base, handling quotations and deliveries, reporting to superiors, conducting on-site investigations for quality service, and preparing Value Analysis (VA) reports.
Main Responsibilities:
Enhance sales performance with existing and new customers.
Foster customer relationships through support, prompt responses, and issue resolution.
Explore the market for new customers and follow up on new products.
Manage quotations, follow Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure customer deliveries.
Conduct HORENSO (Reporting, Communication, and Discussion) with superiors.
Regularly review and report on customer sales achievements.
Perform genba activities to investigate current conditions and provide customer service.
Prepare and submit Value Analysis (VA) reports.
Requirements:
Minimum educational requirement is a Diploma III or Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Chemical/Engineering.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary.
A positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
A valid driver’s license (SIM A) is essential.
Preferred experience in Sales & Marketing, particularly in Industrial Lubricants.
Knowledge of Industrial Lubricants is desirable.
Willingness to work in the GIIC Industrial Area in Cikarang, part of the Jabodetabek working region.
Openness to conducting business trips when necessary.
