Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in both strategic and operational HR functions, with a focus on driving effective human resources practices.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally with plant-related exposure, showcasing a deep understanding of HR dynamics in a manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to drive changes, implement policies, and successfully influence the workforce to embrace and adapt to organizational transformations.
Track record of successfully managing strong union relations, including negotiation, dispute resolution, and fostering positive relationships with union representatives.
Proven track record of managing external relations with Disnaker, communities, villages, and third-party general services vendors, showcasing expertise in building and maintaining collaborative external partnerships.
What a day at work for you will look like:
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive approach towards achieving company objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and oversee New Hires Induction sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and employee integration.
Act as the primary contact for daily HR activities, handling conflict resolution, employee counseling, and statutory compliance to maintain a compliant and positive work environment.
Drive engagement and development programs to enhance productivity across all plants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee growth.
